First Quarter Report for Lakeshore Gardens Real Estate sales
With only 2 days left in the first quarter of 2011 I wanted to update you on the real estate sales activity. We had a very unusual first quarter. Three homes sold for $25,000 each. This is less than the price paid for the homes when they were new in the early 1970’s.
As you remember from last year – the average sales price was $57,000. There were a second group of homes that sold between $52,000 and $65,000 – 5 homes in all.
Then there were two other sales – one at $90,000 and the other at $140,000.
The lowest priced home for sale is 7212 San Luis at $67,500. Two other homes finish this group – one for $70,000 and the other for $79,000.
The next group of 5 homes starts at $155,000 and ending at $170,000.
Then – again – on the market since July 8 of 2010 the new home on San Lucas which started for sale at $215,000 has now been reduced to $205,000.
